About
The Greek Project
An emphasis on togetherness, the importance of family and friends coming together to share meals and bond over food and stories. A leisurely place in a rigorous everyday life that makes time for connection and laughter.
The Greek Project is an open invitation to food & coffee culture
Fresh Ingredients
We use the best ingredients possible with respect to our customers & the environment. All Gyros are imported directly from Greece & are prepared by 100% European meat or peas & beans.
Vegan Friendly
Following the Mediterranean diet, we have many options in both Vegetarian and Vegan dishes. We only use Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Crete.
Sustainable Packaging
We have been voted the restaurant with the best sustainable packaging in the French speaking part of Switzerland. We use only 100% recycled paper and no plastic in any of our to go packages.
We’re proud to partner with the EIG Cancer Research & Scholarship Foundation. In memory of Elena Iliopoulou Giama, we donate a portion of every Freddo Espresso and Greek Salad purchase to fund scholarships for PhD students researching cancer.

Explore our single-origin coffee selection
All the coffees that we provide at The Greek Project are derived from single farms throughout the world, called micro-lot coffee beans. The unique aromas and tastes are a result of the special characteristics and composition of the soils in which coffee beans are grown. Brazil? Colombia? Panama? YOU choose the origin of your coffee.
