Are you interested in making a difference with your morning coffee or lunch salad?

The Greek Project is proud to launch The EIG Project, a collaboration with the Elena Iliopoulou Giama (EIG) Cancer Research & Scholarship Foundation.

Elena Iliopoulou Giama was a courageous cancer patient who bravely fought for three years. She sadly passed away in 2020, and her husband founded the EIG non-profit organization in her memory, granting scholarships to PhD students researching cancer.

During her journey to beat cancer, Elena received treatment in Lausanne, Switzerland. She frequently visited The Greek Project, then known as The Coffee Project. Elena always ordered a Freddo Espresso, and she often enjoyed a Greek salad. We are grateful to have met her and been able to offer her tastes of her home. Therefore, In homage to Elena, we will donate a portion of the revenue from every Freddo Espresso and Greek Salad order to the EIG Foundation. Each time you purchase either, you are helping fund a student for cancer research and supporting a cause dear to our hearts.

Thank you for your support and for helping us keep Elena’s legacy alive.
